Security and privacy are of paramount importance to us. The information about you that we store on our systems is secure and private.
We have completed and passed a CARR audit. The Cyber Assurance Risk Rating (CARR), is the de facto Australian standard in assessing business risk, when reviewing business relationships with third party suppliers. CARR provides a global, regional and local view of an organisation’s Cyber Security risk profile and the likelihood of a data breach via third party suppliers.
During our onboarding process and as we work with you over time, we will need to transfer sensitive information between us, as well as have you sign various documents.
For document signing, we use DocuSign document signing software to legally and securely collect approvals online.
Our database and file storage systems are safe, private and secure and can be accessed only by our staff using two factor authentication where available.
All transactions, document lodgements and updates made by our staff are trackable, so we always know where responsibility lies.

How often should I review my financial plan?
We recommend annual reviews or more frequently if there are significant life changes, such as marriage, retirement, or a new job.
Our clients receive an annual invitation to have a review meeting with Adam Mondy at a time that suits them.
